Location: Changi Airfreight 
Working Days: Tuesday to Friday (Min 3 days commitment per week)
Working Hours: 9am to 6.30pm
Activation fee: $50 per activation on top of hourly rate!!

Job Duties

Handle walk-in and call-in inquiries / feedback
Data entry and compilation of monthly statistics basic report writing
Assist in collation of feedback via various channels and key into NCMS
Crowd control management due peak hours
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors



Job Requirements

Min. GCE “O” Level with 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service in any industry
Prior relevant experience in pace-pace environment and managing of high volume of enquiries
Comfortable working around plants and animals
