3–4 years of B2B sales experience.

Experience in industrial or manufacturing sales preferred.

Experience handling quotations, purchase orders, and customer accounts.

Good communication and customer relationship skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

Sales Operations & Administration: Prepare accurate price quotations, process incoming purchase orders (POs), and manage order fulfillment details.

Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing customer accounts to drive repeat business, account growth, and long-term retention.

Customer Support & Inquiry Handling: Manage day-to-day customer inquiries via phone and email, offering timely product recommendations and solutions.

Internal Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with logistics, supply chain, technical, and finance teams to ensure smooth order delivery, accurate lead-time tracking, and payment clearance.

Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Follow up proactively on outstanding quotations, identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts, and support sales target achievement.
