Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory maintenance role in a manufacturing/industrial environment

Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and troubleshooting

Good leadership and team management skills

Able to handle emergency breakdowns

Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and facilities

Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of maintenance technicians/team

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or facility-related issues promptly

Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations during maintenance work

Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory

Coordinate with production/operations team to ensure minimal disruption during maintenance work

Liaise with external contractors/vendors for repairs, servicing, or equipment procurement when required

Perform other duties as assigned by management
