Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and expectations, and provide professional assistance throughout the sales and project process.

Service and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Follow up with clients, prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate with clients, and support the team in achieving sales targets.

Coordinate closely with the Sales, Sales Support, Operations, and Branding teams to ensure smooth project planning and execution.

Monitor the overall progress of tours and projects to ensure all arrangements are properly coordinated and delivered according to client requirements.

Handle operational issues, last-minute changes, and client requests promptly and effectively to ensure a smooth travel experience.

Liaise with hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, and other suppliers to ensure services are arranged according to agreed requirements.

Perform other sales, business development, and operational duties as assigned by the Manager.

Assist clients with airport check-in procedures and provide support with flight-related arrangements when required.
