Since 2010, Pilates Fitness has served over 16,000 clients as Singapore's only studio combining Reformer Pilates with BIXEPS Pro technology. Now we're looking for someone who sees operations not as routine tasks, but as opportunities to elevate every client touchpoint.

This isn't your typical admin role. Past interns have launched member retention programs, redesigned booking workflows, and created client communication systems still used today. Your ideas won't gather dust in a suggestion box—you'll have the autonomy and support to bring them to life.

What You'll Own

Client Experience Excellence

• Manage all customer interactions across phone, email, WhatsApp, and social platforms
• Transform routine inquiries into moments that strengthen client relationships
• Solve problems proactively with a service-first mindset

Operational Innovation

• Run daily studio operations (online bookings, facility management, housekeeping)
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements—don't just maintain the status quo
• Create systems that scale our ability to serve clients exceptionally

Your Laboratory for Ideas

• Propose and execute initiatives to enhance customer experience
• Test, measure, and refine your concepts with real-time feedback
• Build portfolio-worthy projects that demonstrate tangible business impact

What We're Looking For

Non-Negotiables:

• 9-month commitment, minimum 3 days/week (flexibility for 4-5 days depending on availability)
• Mon-Fri, 12pm-5:30pm; weekends off
• Flexible leave for exams/travel within the term
• 1+ year administrative/customer service experience
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and quick tech adoption
