Production Operator (10 Vacancies)

Basic Salary: $1,800 per month
Location: Tuas
Transport: Company bus provided from Choa Chu Kang and Joo Koon MRT
Work Schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off
Shift Hours: 7:30am–7:30pm / 7:30pm–7:30am

Salary & Benefits

• Basic salary of $1,800 per month

• Transport allowance: $4 per working day

• Meal allowance: $3 per working day

• Day shift allowance: $8 per working day

• Night shift allowance: $18 per working day

• Overtime opportunities of up to $800 per month

Working Schedule

• 12-hour rotating shifts, based on departmental requirements

• Day shift: 7:30am–7:30pm

• Night shift: 7:30pm–7:30am

• Work 4 consecutive days, followed by 3 days off

• Workdays may fall on any day from Monday to Sunday

• Must be willing to work overtime when required

Job Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) activities.

• Carry out assembly work according to production requirements.

• Operate and work with production machinery.

• Ensure products meet the required quality standards.

• Follow established work instructions and safety procedures.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of production or manufacturing experience.

• Must not be color-blind.

• Able to work rotating day and night shifts.

• Willing to work overtime when required.

• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.

• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
