We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support daily office operations and administrative functions within the construction industry. The role will assist in ensuring smooth office administration, coordinating staff-related matters, and providing general administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
Perform general office administrative duties, including managing office stationery, pantry supplies, and other office resources.
Handle incoming correspondence, emails, telephone calls, and general enquiries.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
Assist with the preparation of invoices, issuance of purchase orders (POs), and other administrative documentation.
Handle staff course registrations, training arrangements, and related documentation.
Maintain proper filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Provide general administrative support to the team and carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience preferred.
Familiarity with administrative tasks is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
