Brief Summary:
Join a dynamic team as a Senior Specialist, where you will lead the configuration and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions to enhance HR technology strategies. Utilize your expertise to drive continuous improvement and support organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance).
Lead the configuration, implementation, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors solutions from end to end.
Manage complex system issues with minimal disruption to business operations while adhering to service level agreements.
Collaborate with HR leaders to gather requirements and develop scalable solutions.
Drive initiatives for system optimization, process automation, and improve HR operations continuously.
Oversee data governance, compliance, and system integrity.
Manage release cycles, including testing strategies and deployment processes.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows and user guides.
Conduct user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven SAP SuccessFactors support and implementation experience.
Minimum of 3–4 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects with post-go-live support.
Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications are advantageous.
Experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and release management.
Understanding of XML-based configuration and HR system logic.
Basic knowledge of integration with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA) is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn new technologies in a dynamic work environment.
