Duties and responsibilities
Drive daily operations and service of all areas of business.
Participate in the recruiting process.
Assist with onboarding of new employees.
Ensure proper documentation and training of employees.
Ensure correct and timely reporting.
Communicate effectively with all staff members.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all key stakeholders.
Provide support to the senior management team.
NY Verden is a Meat and Seafood bar grill - NY Verden means "New World", where rustic, traditional methods of cooking over fire and food preservation (dry aging) is synchronous with a modern dine-in experience. We aim to redefine the boundaries of culinary by sourcing for the finest produce available, respecting the quality and cooking process to leave a lasting impression on our diners.
