Job Overview

Pacific Quartz (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is the Malaysian subsidiary of Jiangsu Pacific Quartz Co., Ltd., a quartz materials manufacturer. We are setting up our new plant in Kulim, Kedah, and are building our founding team.

Job Requirements

• Only Malaysian citizens are eligible to apply.

• Hands-on warehouse and logistics experience in a manufacturing company.

• Knowledge of Malaysian import and export procedures.

• Familiarity with the Penang or Kedah supply chain is an advantage.

• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

• Detail-oriented, cost-conscious and comfortable in a multicultural team.

• Willing to attend training at our headquarters in China.

• Manage receiving, storage and issuing of raw materials, semi-finished goods and finished goods.

• Plan storage locations, run stock counts and apply FIFO to keep inventory accurate.

• Ensure a steady supply of materials to production and on-time shipment of finished goods.

• Handle import and export customs clearance, freight arrangements and local logistics.

• Maintain warehouse records and documents, and prepare regular inventory reports.

• Apply 5S and safety rules in the warehouse, and protect materials from damage.

• Work with forwarders and logistics suppliers to resolve late, wrong or missing deliveries.

• Control material loss and cost.

• Overtime pay in accordance with the Employment Act 1955.
