Role Description The Operation Controller (contract) will oversee day-to-day flight operations to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of trips. This remote role includes monitoring flight schedules, coordinating with dispatch, crew, and service providers, and adjusting plans in response to operational changes such as weather or slot restrictions. The Operation Controller will track aircraft status and availability, verify compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements, and escalate issues when needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate operational records, communicating clearly with internal stakeholders and clients, and supporting continuous improvements in operational processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in flight operations, dispatch, or operational control within aviation or a related transportation environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make timely decisions under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear coordination with remote teams and clients.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools, operational tracking systems, and standard office software (e.g., spreadsheets, collaboration platforms).
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting, with reliable internet access and adherence to confidentiality requirements.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations or operational standards is highly beneficial; prior private aviation or charter experience is a plus.
• Relevant education in aviation management, operations, logistics, or a comparable discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
