Sales Assistant

Leeyana Optometry | Alor Setar, Kedah

Salary: RM1,700 – RM2,200 per month + Sales Commission

Leeyana Optometry is looking for a motivated, friendly and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team in Alor Setar, Kedah.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally in selecting suitable eyewear frames, lenses and optical products.
• Provide product information and explain ongoing promotions to customers.
• Support daily sales activities and work towards individual and outlet sales targets.
• Assist customers with enquiries and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Ensure the outlet is clean, organised and presentable.
• Support daily outlet operations and promotional activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and comfortable dealing with customers.
• Willing to learn about optical products, lenses and eyewear.
• Sales-oriented, responsible and able to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Basic salary of RM1,700 – RM2,200 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Employment Details

• Position: Full-time

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
