Duration: 1 year contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 6

Salary: Up to $5000 + completion bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage project support activities, key milestones and digital e-services.
• Handle billing and payment collection processes.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for management updates.
• Analyse trends and identify issues, opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Support project coordination and daily operational activities.
• Coordinate with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and support process improvements.
• Perform other operational and project-related duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of experience in relevant scope of work
• Good IT and system capability, with experience developing dashboards, tools, and digital solutions that support business operations
• Familiarity with workplace tools (e.g. MS excel, MS powerpoint, Power BI, CRM systems)
