Kick-start your IT career with hands-on experience supporting users, troubleshooting issues and setting up IT equipment!
What’s on Offer
$2,600 monthly basic
$800 completion bonus
Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
5-month contract: 1 Nov 2026–31 Mar 2027
Location
Main office near Tanjong Pagar MRT, with deployment to client sites at Pasir Panjang or Bugis when required.
What You’ll Do
Help users resolve hardware, software and basic network issues
Set up and deploy laptops, desktops and other IT equipment
Install applications and guide users on system usage
Support user accounts and access rights
Track support requests and escalate complex issues
Assist with IT maintenance, inventory and documentation
What You’ll Need
Diploma or Degree in IT, Business IT or a related discipline
No prior experience required—entry-level candidates welcome!
Able to commit to the full contract
Comfortable supporting users across the stated work locations
