Our client is an established A1 Main Contractor in Singapore, undertaking building construction projects
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules, construction programmes and progress reports.
Monitor project progress against the approved construction programme and identify potential delays.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors and consultants to obtain project updates and scheduling information.
Prepare baseline programmes, look-ahead schedules and periodic progress updates.
Analyse project delays, identify critical path activities and recommend recovery measures.
Track project milestones, manpower deployment, material deliveries and construction activities.
Assist project teams in developing mitigation plans to minimise delays and ensure timely project completion.
Prepare progress reports, planning schedules and presentations for project meetings.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure construction activities are properly sequenced.
Maintain accurate planning records and provide timely updates on project status and potential risks.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
Relevant planning experience in the construction industry, preferably with a main contractor handling building projects.
Proficient in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
