Bacha Coffee specialises in 100% Arabica coffees and provides customers with a unique opportunity to travel the world through their cup by exploring harvests from over 30 of the most well-reputed coffee producing countries. Even our distinctive fine blended, fine-flavoured and naturally decaffeinated coffees are produced using only 100% Arabica beans to give coffee lovers the widest choice, without ever sacrificing quality or flavour.

Job Description
Marketing
- Support in any marketing campaign planning and execution.
- Assist in providing any assets (written, images and video content) for all marketing channels if required.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors on daily sales reporting and monthly performance reviews.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining a comprehensive record of marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and analyse ongoing and upcoming trends to design and strategize effective campaigns.
- Understand marketing directive and transform them into marketing deliverables.
- Liaise with other relevant departments for content creation amplification across the relevant channels.
- Assisting with daily administrative duties, perform other ad hoc marketing operation duties as assigned.
- Support the PR team across all PR efforts.
- Assist in media and KOL seeding, and other PR gifting matters.
- Crafting persuasive and impactful PR-related written materials and tools.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that PR efforts are aligned to key organisational and business objectives to ensure that campaigns run smoothly.
- Handle day-to-day PR activities and assist with requests by agencies and/or journalists.
- Manage PR reports and daily clippings, as well as analysing of coverages achieved.
- Any other ad-hoc PR tasks when needed
- Assist in planning and curating all content for Bacha Coffee social media platforms.
- Assist in content creation, including copywriting.
- Assist with content shooting and production for selected campaigns.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas.
- Track coverage received from influencers and KOLs about Bacha Coffee and update the database accordingly.
- Compilation of social media clippings and reports.
