Job Description:
Manage daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise employees and coordinate with different departments.
Plan, implement, and monitor business strategies to achieve company objectives.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and monitor operational performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant Singapore regulations.
Handle client communications and resolve operational issues.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Relevant working experience in management or administration is preferred.
Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Must be responsible, detail-oriented, and a good team player.
