Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Systems Analysis skills with experience interpreting business requirements and designing effective solutions.
  • Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to assess data, identify trends, and support decision-making in general insurance operations.
  • Candidates should possess solid Information Technology knowledge, including familiarity with enterprise systems, integrations, and software development lifecycles.
  • Candidates should possess Business Analysis skills to facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder communication in insurance domains.
  • Candidates should possess Troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose system issues, propose fixes, and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.
  • Experience in general insurance products, policy administration, claims, or underwriting systems is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur City and adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
