Position Overview
The architect and delivery lead for Ralph Lauren APAC's AI solutions agenda, responsible for converting business opportunities into scalable use cases and developing key foundational capabilities to execute AI at scale. This role bridges business, data, and technology teams to identify, shape, design, and implement high-impact AI use cases that deliver measurable value. More than a traditional product role, this position acts as a translator and innovator that builds and scales AI solutions, enterprise knowledge, and Human × AI operating models across APAC.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
AI Use Case Discovery, Design & Delivery
- Partner with business leaders to identify, shape, and prioritize high-value AI use cases.
- Translate business challenges into solution requirements, user journeys, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Develop solution concepts, business cases & implementation approaches that balance value, feasibility & scalability.
- Coordinate business, technology, data, and vendor teams to ensure on time and quality execution.
Enterprise Context & Knowledge Foundation
- Build & Own APAC's context layer to transform business expertise and institutional know-how into AI-ready assets.
- Partner with business SMEs to codify processes, decision logics, best practices, and domain knowledge into reusable capabilities that can be leveraged across use cases, copilots, and agents.
- Establish knowledge governance & standards to ensure AI solutions are grounded in trusted & accurate context.
AI Platform, Agent & Ecosystem Enablement
- Partner global & APAC tech teams, platform providers & vendors to design ecosystem of AI agents & copilots.
- Define agent capabilities, decision boundaries, and orchestration patterns across functions.
- Create reusable agent architectures that accelerate future use case deployment at scale.
Human X AI workflow and workforce and transformation
- Reshape how humans and AI work together across key business workflows.
- Redefine roles, responsibilities, and decision-making between people and AI agents.
- Embed Human × AI ways of working into daily operations to drive productivity and innovation.
AI Governance & Responsible AI
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, privacy, and governance standards.
- Embed globally consistent responsible AI principles and risk controls within solution design and deployment.
- Support the development of reusable standards, frameworks, and best practices for AI delivery.
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, product management or related roles.
- Proven track record delivering complex business & tech solutions from concept through implementation & adoption.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Experience working across business, data, technology, and external partner teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple levels.
- Experience in AI, data, analytics, automation, digital products, or emerging technology programs preferred.
