Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA)

Klinik Pergigian Asiaa Tampoi is looking for a full-time Dental Surgery Assistant (DSA) to join our team.

We welcome both experienced DSAs and fresh graduates/school leavers. Previous dental experience is an advantage but is not compulsory, as training and guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and dental materials
• Clean, disinfect and sterilise instruments and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and infection-control standards
• Prepare and assist patients before and during treatment
• Assist with clinical photographs and patient records
• Manage appointments, patient registration and basic reception duties
• Communicate with patients regarding appointments and follow-ups
• Maintain and organise dental materials and stock
• Ensure treatment rooms are properly prepared for each patient
• Assist with general day-to-day clinic duties

Requirements:

• Responsible, punctual and reliable
• Friendly with good communication skills
• Willing to learn and follow instructions
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Good attitude towards cleanliness and patient care
• Basic computer skills are an advantage
• Experience as a DSA is an advantage but not compulsory
• Fresh graduates/school leavers are encouraged to apply
• Able to work weekends according to roster

Working Hours:
Currently 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily. Working days and off days will be arranged according to staff roster. Clinic operating hours and staff schedules may be revised according to operational requirements.

Salary:
RM1,800 – RM2,300 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
