Job overview:
An established multinational fashion retailer is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a retail team, and achieve business targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth daily activities.
• Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and store standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
• At least 5 years of retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Fashion, footwear, apparel, or sportswear retail experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and sales management capabilities.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
