Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Create comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events).
Market Research:
Analyze consumer behavior and competitor trends to identify opportunities.
Budgeting & ROI:
Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources, and report on campaign ROI.
Team Leadership:
Guide marketing team members and manage agency relationships.
Brand Consistency:
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Content & Communications:
Oversee creation of promotional content (web, print, social).
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
Usually 3–5 years in marketing roles, with proven campaign management experience.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze market data, ROI, and KPIs.
Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO, CRM software, and social media analytics.
Project Management:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
