Job Responsibilities
Manage vehicle road tax, VPC, SCDF licence renewals and equipment inspections.
Plan and coordinate fleet servicing, preventive maintenance and repairs.
Troubleshoot vehicle and equipment breakdowns.
Liaise with vendors and contractors for repairs and spare parts.
Monitor maintenance costs, approvals and repair schedules.
Maintain accurate vehicle servicing and repair records.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs and Risk Assessments.
Conduct driver training on equipment operation and road safety.
Handle vehicle accident reporting and insurance claims.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve fleet efficiency.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of heavy vehicle maintenance experience.
Hands-on troubleshooting skills in heavy vehicles, trailers and equipment.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety regulations.
Class 3/4 driving license preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
Willing to perform hands-on repair and maintenance work.
