About the Role

We are a global digital communications agency that blends data, technology, and industry expertise to deliver highly targeted advertising and influencer marketing campaigns. We are seeking a motivated, commercially driven Business Executive to join our Kuala Lumpur team. Leveraging your industry experience, you will identify lucrative new business opportunities, build robust client relationships, and drive revenue growth across the digital advertising space.

Key Responsibilities

• New Business & Lead Generation: Own and drive new business development, executing effective lead generation strategies across Malaysia and Singapore with a strong focus on digital and influencer marketing solutions.
  

• Client Engagement: Lead client engagements from end to end, preparing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals to secure new accounts and strategic partnerships.
  

• Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to pinpoint emerging industry trends and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  

• Campaign Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with internal teams to oversee smooth, end-to-end campaign execution and ensure outstanding client satisfaction.
  

  
  
  
  

Requirements


What You Bring

• Experience: Minimally 2–3 years of proven experience in media, advertising, or influencer marketing sales, with a strong track record of meeting targets and closing deals.
  

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  

• Commercial Drive: An entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset with the resilience and persistence required to navigate sales challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  

• Industry Passion: A genuine passion for the evolving advertising and influencer landscape, eager to translate emerging marketing trends into actionable sales strategies.
  

• Technical & Communication Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva, and major social media platforms.
