Farm & Operations Assistant (All-Rounder)

Mireia is a homegrown Singapore vanilla company specializing in premium vanilla cultivation, processing, and artisanal products.

We are looking for an

energetic, hardworking, trustworthy, and proactive individual

to join our growing team.

This is a versatile, hands-on position for someone who enjoys learning new things, solving problems, and taking ownership of their work.

Your Role



Farm & Gardening

Maintain vanilla plants and farm areas.

Assist with planting, pruning, watering, weeding, grass cutting, and harvesting.



Production & Operations

Assist with food production, packaging, labelling, inventory, and order preparation.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards.



Delivery & Logistics

Prepare and assist with customer deliveries.

Handle collections, stock movements, and logistical arrangements.

Sales & Events

Support bazaars, exhibitions, pop-ups, and promotional activities.

Set up displays, introduce products, and engage customers.



General Support

Assist the founder with daily business operations.

Identify tasks that need attention and take initiative.

Support different departments whenever required.

Who We're Looking For

Positive attitude and enthusiastic personality.

Honest, responsible, and dependable.

Proactive, resourceful, and willing to learn.

Friendly and comfortable working with people.

Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with hands-on physical work.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Willing to support occasional weekend events.

Driving license is an advantage.

Experience is welcome, but

a good attitude matters more!
