We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and driven individuals to join our team as Property Consultants. In this role, you will help clients find suitable properties for rent or purchase while building your own career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Marketing: Promote residential properties through social media platforms, online property portals, and other marketing channels.
• Lead Generation: Identify and attract potential clients, property buyers, tenants, and property owners.
• Client Consultation: Understand clients' needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable properties.
• Property Viewing: Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants and buyers.
• Sales & Negotiation: Follow up with prospects, negotiate offers, and assist clients throughout the rental or property purchasing process.
• Transaction Coordination: Work closely with clients, property owners, lawyers, bankers, and relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Relationship Building: Maintain good relationships with clients and develop a strong network of potential customers.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions, team activities, and coaching to improve property knowledge, marketing skills, and sales performance.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
