Position: Client Implementation Manager, 9 months Contract

We are hiring for a top-tier French bank and top institutional service provider

JOB DESCRIPTION

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Client Implementation team is responsible for

1. End-to-end coordination of new client onboarding for the Singapore Branch services.
2. Coordination of Transitions related activities for existing clients – fund launches, terminations, restructuring, etc.
3. Coordinating the process of global securities services new account opening, modification, service extension, closure and in some cases liaising with 3rd Party AMs, providing customer details to the teams involved in the setup process which includes LCN, cash account, global securities account set up, tax and network.

• Establish project governance with internal business units for coordination, planning and tracking.

• Drive regular strategic client meetings, documenting, understanding the onboarding and transition activities timelines, deliverables, requirements, key dependencies and track to closure, escalating where necessary.

• Ensure that all the account and markets opening documentation are in place for setup on services requested by client

• Ensure complete documentation for implementation sign-off, audit and control

• Conduct post-Implementation reviews (PIR) to document findings and issues to ensure continuous improvement and promote team learning.

• Ensure close collaborations with

1. Internal stakeholders – specifically Client Delivery, Client Development, Sales and Relationship Managers to manage pipeline, resourcing and project handovers.
2. New and existing external custodians, investment managers and other third parties.

• Strong self-starter with initiative, accountability and ability to work independently as well as collaborate within the client delivery function.

• Natural collaborator with ability to foster relationships effectively with diverse groups across geographies.

• Pro-stakeholders’ success with excellent interpersonal communications, presentation, documentation and negotiation skills

OTHERS

• Good understanding in Securities Services & Financial Markets products.

• Prior experience in the role of Project Manager / Client Implementation for more than 5 years of working experience in the banking / asset management domain with strong project management background, ability to drive agendas, meetings, assign tasks for ownerships
