Job Summary

We are looking for a Presales Solution Specialist to understand customer requirements, explain our technology platform and develop suitable technical solutions for AI, Token services and digital infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery sessions to understand business objectives, technical environments, capacity, use cases, budgets and decision criteria.
• Explain platform capabilities, model and API integration, Token usage, quotas, billing, monitoring, availability and security.
• Translate technical capabilities into practical solutions, business value and implementation plans.
• Compare solutions and provide technical input for architecture, product selection and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate technical experts, product teams and external partners to ensure solution accuracy and clear delivery boundaries.
• Prepare standardised solutions, case studies, demonstrations and presales materials.
• Keep up to date with industry developments and technology trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 3–5 years or above of relevant presales or solution consulting experience.
• Experience in AI infrastructure, cloud computing, data centres or technology platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI platforms, API gateways, model integration, Token metering and billing.
• Understanding of servers, networking, storage and cloud services.
• Strong customer communication, technical presentation and solution demonstration skills.
