• Interpret product structures, coverage terms, and entry forms to establish clear assessment parameters.

• Evaluate initial, recurring, and modified coverage requests for personal, family, and corporate global health plans.

• Examine medical records, existing health conditions, and relevant files to arrive at appropriate risk determinations.

• Consistently hit response-time benchmarks to maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Evaluate physician notes, diagnostic data, and clinical reports.

• Direct complicated applications from start to finish, managing follow-up requests and case escalations.

• Keep precise and organized logs of all risk assessments.

• Follow strict data privacy rules (including PDPA and GDPR) when handling sensitive personal and health records.

• Compile and deliver monthly team performance metrics, including completed volume, backlogs, and turnarounds.

• Facilitate a seamless transition of duties upon contract completion.

Skills and requirements

• Expertise in evaluating health profiles, pre-existing conditions, and international coverage applications.

• Ability to analyze complex clinical reports, lab results, and medical notes.

• Strong commitment to processing efficiency and meeting strict service level agreements.

• Thorough knowledge of privacy laws and data protection compliance (PDPA, GDPR).

• Strong organizational skills for maintaining case documentation and compiling operational reports.
