We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Manager to support the company’s financial operations and client account management. The candidate must be familiar with foreign currency exchange calculations and able to handle multi-currency transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage company accounts and maintain proper financial records

Handle invoicing, payment tracking and account reconciliation

Perform foreign currency exchange calculations and monitor exchange rate differences

Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal departments regarding payment matters

Prepare financial reports and assist in monthly closing

Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable

Liaise with banks, auditors and external parties when required

Ensure accuracy in financial documentation and transactions

Support administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field

Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

Strong understanding of foreign exchange calculations and multi-currency transactions

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Good analytical and numerical skills

Responsible, organized and able to work independently

Good communication and coordination skills

Salary:
SGD 8,500 – SGD 15,000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
