Responsibilities

• Promote available units through online and offline marketing.
• Respond to leasing enquiries and arrange property viewings.
• Assist in negotiating leasing terms and preparing leasing documents.
• Build and maintain good relationships with tenants and property agents.
• Support lease renewals and tenant retention activities.
• Update leasing records and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth tenant move-in.
• Assist in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Property, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
