The Role
A high-impact remit across the full project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver luxury projects on time, within budget and to exacting quality standards
• Developing and executing comprehensive project business plans, covering strategic market analysis and action planning
• Driving sales performance and market penetration in line with agreed KPIs and business objectives
• Overseeing financial performance, contract management and cost control
• Spearheading product development to sharpen competitive positioning and market differentiation
• Nurturing relationships with government bodies and key stakeholders to support timely approvals and project execution
• Developing a high-performing, engaged team through effective coaching, accountability and performance management

What We're Looking For
A proven leader with the vision and commercial drive to deliver at the highest level. You will have:

• A degree in Civil Engineering and at least 15 years' experience in property development
• A strong track record in luxury or high-end development projects
• Prior experience within a publicly listed company or established property developer
• Strong commercial acumen, leadership capability and a commitment to delivering quality
