Software engineers with strong backend skills and personal AI projects are welcome to apply. Salary is negotiable for strong backend candidates.

Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering or related field.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, AI engineering or software development.

Strong Python skills with experience in Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn or similar.

Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM, RAG or AI agents.

Experience with API and backend development and system integration.

Build AI/ML solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.

Develop LLM applications, AI agents and AI workflows.

Connect AI models with business data using RAG, embeddings and vector databases.

Build APIs and backend services to integrate AI with existing systems.

Deploy, test and improve AI solutions for performance, reliability and cost.

Work with internal teams to turn business requirements into working solutions.
