Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Engaging with Consumers:Interact with customers, answer their questions, and provide product information or demonstrations.
• Representing the Brand:Represent the brand at events, promotions, and trade shows, maintaining a professional and personable image.
• Gathering Feedback:Collect consumer feedback and share it with internal teams or the brand to improve products and services.
• Staying Informed:Keep up-to-date with product or service details to provide accurate information to consumers.
• Working with Sales and Marketing:Collaborate with sales and marketing staff to understand and implement marketing plans and strategies.
• Networking:Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and industry contacts.
