Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, SaaS, technology or a related commercial role.

Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable approaching potential customers and conducting product demonstrations.

Able to independently generate leads and develop new business opportunities.

Experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

Able to create professional business content and basic marketing materials.

Strong written and spoken English.

Commercially minded and comfortable working in an early-stage business environment.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong interest in AI, software, technology and digital transformation.

Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for our platform.

Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, and industry contacts.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value of the platform to prospective customers.

Convert early users into paying customers and develop the initial customer base.

Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, project managers and corporate clients.

Identify potential partnerships, resellers, industry collaborations and other commercial opportunities.

Assist in developing subscription packages, pricing strategies and commercial proposals.

Maintain and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through product demonstration, trial and conversion.

Gather customer feedback and communicate market requirements to the development team.

Monitor the platform and identify opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.

Develop the marketing strategy and positioning for the platform.

Manage the company's social media presence, particularly LinkedIn and other relevant business platforms.

Create regular content related to project management, AI, productivity and the platform's features.

Produce simple product demonstrations, short-form videos, screenshots, case studies and educational content.

Develop marketing materials including presentations, brochures, product introductions and website content.

Plan and execute campaigns to generate product awareness and user registrations.

Build an early community of project managers, engineers, consultants and other potential users.

Track marketing performance, lead generation and customer acquisition activities.

Work closely with the founder and software development team.

Participate in product discussions based on customer feedback and market requirements.

Identify features that may improve customer adoption or willingness to pay.

Assist in onboarding early users and understanding how they use the platform.

Help develop customer use cases and success stories.

Support the transition of the platform from an early-stage product into a scalable commercial SaaS business.
