JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Development & Marketing

* Identify and approach potential SME clients.

* Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, networking, social media and business visits.

* Promote KSP’s HR & Payroll outsourcing services.

* Arrange appointments and meet potential clients.

* Understand the client’s HR/payroll problems and recommend suitable solutions.

* Prepare quotations and follow up until the client confirms.

2. Client Relationship Management

* Act as the first point of contact for assigned clients.

* Maintain good communication and professional relationships with clients.

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with the KSP HR/Payroll team.

* Follow up on pending documents, information and client requests.

* Ensure client issues are properly communicated and followed up.

* Maintain client satisfaction and encourage long-term relationships.

3. Sales Follow-up

* Maintain proper records of leads, quotations and follow-ups.

* Follow up with prospects consistently.

* Convert enquiries into paying clients.

* Develop existing clients for additional KSP services.

REQUIREMENTS

* 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, HR, recruitment or related fields.

* Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

* Mandarin/Tamil is an advantage.

* Confident in communicating with business owners and managers.

* Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

* Able to work independently and achieve sales targets.

* Responsible, organised and customer-focused.

* HR/payroll knowledge is an advantage but training will be provided.

* Must be comfortable making calls and meeting clients.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
