任职资格

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Required skill(s): Detail & result oriented, excellent communication & interpersonal skill, strong numerical & IT skill, strong procurement skill & ability to adapt in fast paced environment, committed & aggressive team player, independent & multi tasking.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuantan branch.
  • Preferably Assistants/Junior Executives specializing in Sales/Purchasing-Trading/Construction or equivalent.
  • Travelling is required.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.Annual Leave

岗位职责

  • Handles daily sales & purchasing operation
  • Develop & maintain current product knowledge/minimum requirements
  • Source, liaise & negotiate with supplier on most competitive pricing/prompt delivery/payment terms
  • Supply & maintain relationship with supplier & client
  • Provide sales service & respond to inquiries/complaints
  • Prepare relevant reports
  • Prepare Purchase Order & Delivery Order
  • Ensure smooth transition and completion of trading process
  • Ensure supplier & client details are updated and distributed to relevant department(s)
  • Ensure that communication is clear and detailed to the highest level
  • Any other tasks assigned
