  • Male/Female
  • Good communication in English/Bahasa Malaysia
  • Have minimum 1year of experience in telemarketing
  • Fresh graduate applicants are encourage to apply
  • PC Literate
  • Able to work on weekends (during event session)/ outstation

岗位职责

  • Handling inbound calls, whatsapps, telegram, SMS and emails from customers whenever they request for information regarding the products of Jootawan Group Sdn Bhd
  • Makes telemarketing of any products & services provided by the company.Keep track of customer orders
  • Receive and handle customer feedback on products & services
  • Other duties as assigned
