Sales Manager – Industrial & Aviation Solutions

• SGD 5,000 basic + SGD 1,200 allowance + Petrol Reimbursement: SGD 400

• Quarterly & Yearly Performance Commissions + AWS (13th Month Bonus)

• Monday to Friday, office hours

• Location: Tagore Lane, Singapore

Join a market-leading industrial solutions business driving growth across the aviation, military, industrial, and engineering sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven sales leader to spearhead strategic business expansion, develop key partnerships, and lead high-impact sales initiatives across Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive product line sales growth to achieve overall business objectives in Singapore

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence and increase revenue

• Build and strengthen distribution networks through the appointment and management of reseller and distributor partners

• Identify and penetrate new key accounts while nurturing strong relationships with existing customers

• Collaborate closely with regional product line managers to accelerate sales performance and market expansion

• Gather market intelligence, identify emerging opportunities, and strengthen brand positioning within the industry

• Support the implementation of regional business strategies and operational initiatives

• Provide leadership, guidance, and administrative supervision to the local sales team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline

• 10 years of industrial B2B sales experience

• At least 5 years in a sales leadership or managerial capacity

• Experience in industries such as aviation, military, oil & gas, power plants, mining, automotive repair, cutting tools, or industrial hardware is highly advantageous

• Candidates with prior RSAF background and leadership experience are highly preferred
