Our client is hiring enthusiastic Service Crew members to join their restaurant team at IOI City Mall. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with customers and want to gain experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Training will be provided.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Central i-City
Working Hours: 8 hours per shift + 2-hour break allocation
Working Days: 6 days per week
Off Day: 1 rotational off day per week
Shift: Rotational shifts

Salary & Benefits

• Gross Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,500 per month
• Basic Salary: RM1,700
• Service Incentive: RM100 – RM150
• Meal Allowance, where applicable
• Overtime Pay, where applicable

• Accommodation available, subject to availability
• Air-conditioned accommodation: RM120/month
• Non-air-conditioned accommodation: RM80/month

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification is not required.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior F&B experience are welcome to apply.
• Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Friendly, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Comfortable working rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods during operational hours.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and recommend menu items when required.
• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

Restaurant Operations

• Prepare tables before service and clear tables after customers finish dining.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and ensure outlet hygiene standards are followed.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Assist with cashiering and payment processing when required.

Daily Operations

• Follow company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.
• Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager or Supervisor.

Working Schedule

• 8 working hours per shift
• 2-hour break allocation
• 6 working days per week
• 1 rotational off day per week
• Rotational shifts required
• Weekend and public holiday shifts required
