Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Sports Management or a related field is an advantage.

Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or the fitness industry is preferred but not required.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Friendly, confident and able to communicate effectively with members and prospective customers.

Sales-driven and comfortable working towards individual and team targets.

Proactive in following up with enquiries and potential members.

Strong customer-service mindset with a professional and approachable personality.

Basic computer skills and willingness to learn membership management and payment systems.

Good organizational skills with attention to detail.

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsible, punctual and able to work independently as well as within a team.

Genuine interest in fitness, health and wellness.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Introduce prospective members to our facilities, membership packages and services.

Conduct gym tours and membership consultations.

Follow up with enquiries and potential members through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Convert enquiries and trial visits into memberships.

Support presale activities, promotional campaigns and fitness events.

Manage front desk operations and welcome members into the gym.

Assist with membership registration, payments, appointments and general administrative work.

Respond professionally to member enquiries, feedback and requests.

Recommend suitable membership options, personal training or classes based on each member’s needs.

Maintain accurate member and sales records.

Work closely with the gym team to achieve monthly sales and service targets.

Help create a friendly, positive and professional environment for every member.
