Job Summary
Join a professional wellness service provider with over 40 years of experience, supporting spa, slimming, massage, and aesthetic clinic operations through efficient administrative and accounting functions.
Responsibilities
Perform daily accounts receivable and accounts payable data entry to maintain accurate financial records
Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy of financial transactions and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and manage product inventory for branch distribution to support operational needs
Execute general administrative duties to maintain smooth office operations and support branch activities
Coordinate onboarding protocols for new staff to facilitate effective integration into the company
Handle local and overseas correspondence to support communication and procurement processes
Prepare quotations and manage purchase orders to support procurement and budgeting
Assist with recruitment processes and application of work permits to ensure compliance with employment regulations
Provide general administrative support to multiple branches to enhance operational efficiency
Required competencies and certifications
Knowledge of accounting practices demonstrated through relevant work experience
Proficiency in computer applications to perform accounting and administrative tasks
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Xero accounting software experience

Work schedule: 5 days per week
Work location: Ubi
