About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Cloud & Partner Specialist to support AWS Partner research, meeting preparation, documentation and project follow-up.

This is a learning and development role. AWS working experience is not required, but you should have a basic technical background, be fluent in English and Mandarin, and be interested in developing your career in cloud computing and AI.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.

• Comfortable communicating with English-speaking overseas Partners.

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Software, Networking, Information Systems or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in IT, Technical Support, Cloud or SaaS is preferred.

• Fresh graduates with good communication and technical knowledge may apply.

• Basic understanding of servers, virtual machines, networks, databases, APIs and cloud computing.

• Strong learning, research and documentation skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to follow up on multiple tasks.

Added Advantages

• Basic AWS, Azure or Google Cloud knowledge.

• AWS Cloud Practitioner or other cloud certification.

• Technical Support or SaaS experience.

• Experience attending English meetings.

• Overseas study or work experience.

• Research AWS Partners in different countries.

• Organise Partner contact details and service information.

• Learn basic AWS, Amazon Bedrock, cloud migration and MAP terminology.

• Prepare meeting materials and supporting documents.

• Join English meetings and record important discussion points.

• Organise technical questions and forward them to the relevant person.

• Follow up on project progress and outstanding action items.

• Maintain Partner and project tracking records.
