About the Role

We are looking for the motivated and detail-oriented Credit, Contract & Collections specialists and professionals to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth credit monitoring, effective contract management and timely collections. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing analytical work with client interaction, this position is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Credit Control: Monitor customer credit limits, assess creditworthiness, and minimize bad debt exposure.
• Contract Administration: Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
• Collections: Follow up on outstanding orders billing, receivables, negotiate repayment arrangements and prepare aging reports.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing, IT Engineering, Data Science & AI, Finance, Business Administration, Credit management and/or Collections Specialist programs or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in credit control, contract administration and/or collections.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Generative AI, Copilot, MS Office and accounting systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Bumiputera.
