• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related field

• 3+ years managing multi-platform campaigns and sizeable client budgets

• Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Analytical mindset (GA4, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets)

• Understanding of e-commerce funnels and ROAS optimisation

• good command of English

We are hiring a Paid Ad Specialist at Junior and Senior levels on behalf of our client, a digital marketing and e-commerce agency based on Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. You will drive paid media performance for a portfolio of brand and e-commerce clients, from campaign setup to reporting. The level offered will be matched to your experience.

Salary: RM5000 - RM 8000 per month (based on experience and level)

What You'll Do

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads and marketplace ads (Shopee/Lazada)

• Manage ad budgets, bidding and pacing to meet ROAS and CPA targets across multiple client accounts

• Build audience targeting, retargeting and lookalike strategies

• Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, audiences and landing pages

• Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Meta Pixel/CAPI, GA4, Google Tag Manager)

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with clear recommendations

• Work with creative, content and e-commerce teams on campaign briefs

• Senior level: own strategy for key accounts, lead client performance reviews and guide junior team members
