About the role 

I am representing a global law firm recognised for its deep sector expertise across energy, infrastructure, financial institutions, transport and technology.. 

In Singapore and across Asia, the firm is known for its strong regional presence, market-leading arbitration capabilities, and a strategic focus on complex, high‑value projects. 

As part of their business expansion plan, they are looking for a Strategic Bid Manager to Own the full bid lifecycle for Asia‑led transactional and strategic opportunities, from qualification and scoping to submission and post‑submission follow‑up.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, your responsibilities would includes 

• Own the full bid lifecycle for Asia‑led transactional and strategic opportunities, from qualification and scoping to submission and post‑submission follow‑up.

• Lead kick‑off sessions, set bid strategy, and manage all response components — structure, narrative, content, messaging and final delivery.

• Ensure disciplined project management and document control for accurate, compliant and timely submissions.

• Work with regional leadership and BD teams to identify and prioritise strategic bids.

• Collaborate with lead partners, BD colleagues and client relationship teams to shape tailored, client‑aligned response strategies.

• Build strong, trusted relationships with partners, lawyers and key stakeholders across practice groups.

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends and competitive dynamics in Energy, Infrastructure and Natural Resources.

• Strengthen internal networks and support knowledge sharing across relevant teams.

Skills and experience required 

• Experience in marketing, business development or communications within a professional services, legal, consulting or corporate environment.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high‑quality work under pressure.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in drafting, editing and presenting information.
