A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in services, training or consultancy.

Proven hands-on experience running Google Ads. Google Ads certification is an advantage.

A good understanding of online marketing channels: SEO, LinkedIn, Meta and email marketing.

Comfortable with GA4, Search Console, Excel or Google Sheets,

Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot or Zoho.

Strong communication, negotiation and proposal-writing skills.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.

Self-driven, target-oriented and organised.

Knowledge of OSH, HSE or HRD Corp is an advantage.

A valid driving licence and willingness to travel

Find, qualify and follow up corporate leads in all industrial and business sectors.

Handle sales from first enquiry through quotation to close for our OSH training, assessment and consultancy services.

Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta campaigns to generate quality B2B leads.

Track results with Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Tag Manager. Report on leads, cost per lead, conversion rate and ROI.

Use the data to recommend which services, industries and channels to focus on.

Propose and develop landing pages, SEO content, email campaigns and social media.

Keep the CRM up to date and submit weekly pipeline and campaign reports.

Advise clients on HRD Corp funding for training, and hand confirmed jobs over to the operations team.

Meet the monthly lead and revenue targets.
