We’re looking for a Strategy Director to help shape how brands show up across the APAC region.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of culture, people, and technology—spotting the signals behind the noise and translating them into clear strategic direction. You’ll partner with creative, insights, and community teams to develop briefs, frameworks, and ideas that are grounded in research but built for real-world impact.

You’ll also guide a team of strategists, social insights analysts, and community specialists, balancing hands-on strategic work with leadership, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years of experience developing integrated marketing strategies, ideally within an agency environment and with regional or global brands
• A strong grasp of how business objectives, consumer behavior, and digital trends connect
• Experience working with different research approaches, including social listening, digital analytics, syndicated data, and qualitative research
• The ability to turn complex findings into practical, compelling recommendations
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex ideas accessible
• A collaborative leadership style and confidence working with cross-functional teams
• Comfort managing multiple workstreams and shifting priorities
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with high standards for quality
• Genuine curiosity about people, culture, and emerging digital behavior
