Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time interpretation in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English during production briefings, meetings, and daily operations.
• Translate production instructions, SOPs, reports and other operational documents as required.
• Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking personnel and local production teams.
• Ensure production requirements, quality standards, process changes and safety instructions are clearly understood.
• Support employee training, onboarding, and other manufacturing-related communication activities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field; candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English is mandatory.
• Must be willing and able to work on shifts.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to convey information accurately and clearly across different language groups.
• Fresh graduates with strong proficiency in all three languages are welcome.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or the semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on the production floor and support operational requirements.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
