Roles & Responsibilities

The Operations Manager at Nova Wellness TCM & Beauty is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the wellness, massage, facial, beauty, and TCM services to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality service delivery. The role includes coordinating therapists and beauty professionals, managing staff schedules, monitoring appointment flow, and ensuring treatment rooms, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained. The manager develops and implements operational procedures to improve productivity, service quality, customer satisfaction, and overall clinic efficiency. Responsibilities also include monitoring inventory levels, coordinating supplies, supporting staff training, handling operational issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The Operations Manager works closely with management to review business performance, identify operational improvements, control costs, and enhance workflow. The position requires strong leadership, organisation, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills to maintain a professional and welcoming wellness environment.

Specific Responsibilities
1. The Trainee will coordinate daily clinic operations by overseeing the scheduling, deployment, and workflow of therapists and beauty professionals to ensure efficient and seamless service delivery.

2. The Trainee will monitor appointment schedules, client flow, and treatment room utilisation to minimise operational delays and maintain an organised and professional customer experience.

3. The Trainee will implement and maintain operational procedures that enhance service quality, workplace productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall business efficiency.

4. The Trainee will oversee the availability, proper maintenance, and operational readiness of treatment rooms, equipment, facilities, and essential supplies required for wellness and beauty services.

5. The Trainee will monitor inventory levels, coordinate procurement activities, and maintain appropriate stock of treatment products, consumables, and operational materials to support uninterrupted clinic activities.

6. The Trainee will support staff development by coordinating training activities, monitoring work performance, and promoting consistent adherence to established service standards and operational procedures.

7. The Trainee will identify and resolve operational issues promptly while ensuring compliance with company policies, workplace procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.

8. The Trainee will analyse operational performance, identify opportunities for workflow optimisation and cost control, and provide recommendations to management to strengthen the clinic’s overall operational effectiveness.
